Delivering 400+ Online Course Modules and Change Management for Felleskjøpet

Background

Felleskjøpet is one of Norway’s largest organizations, employing over 4,000 people and owned by more than 44,000 farmers across the country. The company operates across multiple industries including retail, agriculture, feed and transport, and agricultural machinery. Its operations span a vast geographical area, from small rural villages to Norway’s capital, Oslo. Felleskjøpet’s business activities include financing, installation, and running of agricultural production systems like milking machines.

The Challenge

Felleskjøpet had been undergoing a digital transformation since 2007, replacing its entire digital infrastructure with Microsoft solutions. 

However, by Mentorix/Digital Change Agency was brought in, the organization had struggled to successfully implement Microsoft’s solutions and realize the full potential of its investment. Felleskjøpet faced several critical challenges:

Our Approach

This system ensured the delivery of high-quality learning content for every relevant business process, tailored specifically to the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • 478 Learning Modules: In just 12 months, we delivered 478 certified learning modules across various departments, including for leadership teams.
  • Comprehensive Training Framework: Mentorix implemented an end-to-end e-learning production process, including templates, checklists, governance models, quality assurance processes, and an evaluation framework. This provided Felleskjøpet with all the tools they needed to build and sustain future e-learning efforts independently.
  • Clear Role Definitions: We ensured that with every system release, everyone in the organization—from operations to support—understood their roles and responsibilities. We established a structured system for measuring business value and included contingency plans for mitigating any potential disruptions.
