With PRINCE2 you learn to work professionally with project management, with a structured model that safely guides you through all the disciplines of project management. PRINCE2 is the most widely used project methodology in the world and is based on Best Practice. Scrum Master Certified is an agile framework that fits perfectly with PRINCE2. Almost all modern projects use agile working methods. Scrum is by far the best known of the agile methods. Scrum consists of simple events, phases and processes that are easy to understand as most of it is common sense. In short, Scrum is about ensuring that we work on what delivers the greatest business value first.
