The challenge
To support Twoday’s rapid development, Twoday wanted a value-adding and customized course for a larger group of IT management consultants.
Mentorix was commissioned to deliver ITIL training and create a learning style for 30 – 35 employees at Twoday. Mentorix’s was chosen because of its innovative and customized course concept.
The ITIL Foundation course is perfect for a blended learning program as the course is comprehensive.
Mentorix’s blended learning concept combines e-learning, classroom training and assessments.
Together, the concept provides an optimal value-adding training program. Twoday wanted a value-adding and customized course for a large group of IT management consultants.

35 students completed the blended course. All students passed the online exam with satisfactory results.
Mentorix’s value-adding way of organizing the ITIL training course resulted in a minimum of interruptions. At the same time, Mentorix’s training concept optimized the working hours of the IT management consultants, who had more time for customers and tasks.
