About PRINCE2
The PRINCE2® theory is based on experience from thousands of projects and contributions from countless project managers, project sponsors, trainers and project management consultants. PRINCE2 Agile® is an advanced module for people and companies who are already familiar with the PRINCE2 method. The methodology shows how to apply the agile mindset in a PRINCE2 context, the world’s most widely used project framework. PRINCE2 Agile has been developed as a stand-alone course at practitioner level. The purpose of the exam is to demonstrate that you understand and can use PRINCE2 Agile in different situations.Who is the PRINCE2 course for?
In principle, anyone can take a PRINCE2®, regardless of experience level. There are no pre-requisites for taking PRINCE2®.
The Practitioner course is for you who want to demonstrate that you can apply PRINCE2 in practice. You will typically be a Project Manager or have a key support role to the project such as Project Support, Quality Assurance or as a Team Leader in a project.
PRINCE2 Agile® practitioner is relevant for those who want to work more agile, but with PRINCE2® as a reference framework. It is a prerequisite that you already have a basic certification in project management – either PRINCE2® Foundation, IPMA or PMP.

Your job center has the option of allowing you to attend a course or training from the regional positive list in connection with your job plan.
The purpose of the course/training is to improve your skills, and thus your chances of getting a job that matches the needs of the labor market.

The course is divided into two parts. The first three weeks are spent working with PRINCE2® Foundation. The period concludes with a Foundation certification held online at the end of the third week.
The second part of the course is about PRINCE2® Practitioner, and Agile Practitioner, where also this part ends with a certification at the end of the sixth week of the course.
The PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner and PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner courses are conducted as e-learning.

You need to contact your job center and tell them which course you want to take. The job center will assess your eligibility and forward the registration to Mentorix. We are happy to help you fill out the application.
It is a publicly funded offer for the unemployed where you can take an approved course without paying for it yourself. The course must be on the official Positive List and strengthen your job opportunities.
You can always ask your job center or check your unemployment fund’s rules. As a general rule, the scheme applies to unemployment benefit recipients with at least 5 weeks of unemployment.
No, the course is 100% publicly funded. You just need approval from your job center before you start.
