In short, Scrum is about ensuring that we work on what delivers the greatest business value first. The methods are highly motivating for the self-organized teams that plan and implement the requirements coming from the Product Owner.

The aim of the courses
PRINCE2 Foundation is the basic training for project managers. Once you have completed this PRINCE2 Foundation e-learning course, you will have the right tools to complete your project. This applies regardless of the type or size of your project. You will come to understand the principles and processes behind good project management and you will learn to master the themes that permeate/infiltrate throughout the life of the project.
Once you have completed the Scrum Master course, you will be able to take on the role of Scrum Master in a professional context. After passing the exam, you can call yourself Scrum Master Certified.
