PRINCE2 Agile is an advanced module for individuals and companies who are already familiar with the PRINCE2 method. The methodology shows how to apply the agile mindset in a PRINCE2 context, the world’s most widely used project framework. PRINCE2 Agile has been developed as a stand-alone course at practitioner level. The purpose of the exam is to demonstrate that you understand and can use PRINCE2 Agile in different situations.

The order:
The first step of the training is called PRINCE2® Foundation. There you will learn the basic terms, elements and contexts.
The second step is PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner, which builds on your knowledge with a focus on practice and real Agile project management.
The aim of the courses
PRINCE2® Foundation gives you the tools you need to manage your project to the finish line, no matter what size and type of project you are responsible for. Understand the principles and processes behind good project management and the themes that permeate/infiltrate the entire project lifecycle. Learn how to manage a project using the PRINCE2® method, a method you can use to ensure that all participants use a common model and speak the same language in project work.
The purpose of PRINCE2® Agile is to enable you to apply Agile compatible with PRINCE2® principles and identify behaviors for successful projects combining PRINCE2® and Agile.
Prerequisites for taking the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam
A passed PRINCE2® Foundation exam is required to sit for the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner exam. Otherwise, there are no prerequisites for purchasing the package.
