Course sequence:
The first step of the training is PRINCE2 Foundation, where you learn the basic terms, elements, and relationships.
The second step is PRINCE2 Practitioner, which builds on your knowledge with a focus on practical application and real project management.
In addition, we also offer the complementary module PRINCE2® Agile, which combines agile project management methods with PRINCE2®.
It is a prerequisite to have passed PRINCE2® Foundation before taking the PRINCE2 Practitioner or PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam.
Course objectives
PRINCE2® Foundation provides you with the necessary tools to successfully manage your project, regardless of its size or type.
You will learn to understand the principles and processes behind effective project management, as well as the themes that run through the entire project lifecycle.
The purpose of PRINCE2 Practitioner is to teach you how to apply PRINCE2® to manage and lead non-complex projects in an environment that supports the PRINCE2 methodology.
Prerequisites for purchasing the PRINCE2 Package
There are no prerequisites for purchasing the PRINCE2 Package. It includes both the Foundation and Practitioner courses.
However, passing the PRINCE2® Foundation exam is required before taking the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam.
To get the most out of the Practitioner course, it is beneficial to have some experience within the field of project management.
