Agile PM Practitioner is a scalable agile project methodology that encompasses the key management mechanisms of the company’s project portfolio. It has everything the company needs without being cumbersome and bureaucratic. AgilePM Practitioner provides you with an in-depth knowledge of how to apply and implement AgilePM principles on a daily basis.
The Agile Project Management (AgilePM®)-certification combines agile approaches widely used in the software development industry with project management techniques. This is to produce the best of both worlds: a framework for projects that is rigorous and controllable, while being able to adapt quickly to changes and reprioritisation. Mentorix’s AgilePM Practitioner e-learning course includes an exam and manual. E-learning courses are approved and accredited by APMG International. This is your assurance of quality.
AgilePM differs from Scrum by being more complete in terms of role and responsibility descriptions.Watch a short presentation video about AgilePM here.
AgilePM Practitioner is the continuation of the foundation level. Both AgilePM foundation and AgilePM Practitioner use the same manual. However, the focus areas differ. At the AgilePM Practitioner level, you will demonstrate a greater understanding of the practical application of what you have learned compared to the Foundation level.
