Project Academy always includes five core modules that cover the entire project lifecycle:
- Basic Project Management
- Project Planning
- Project Execution
- Project Organization

These modules form the foundation of the program. In addition, the program can be tailored to meet your specific needs, offering a customized learning experience.
Each module features short video lessons, practical assignments, supporting texts, and final tests to ensure a high learning impact.
Project Academy - structure and learning opportunities
Project Academy is a flexible program that can be adapted to your needs. It can be delivered as e-learning or as blended learning with webinars, workshops, and similar activities.
The program typically runs for 4-8 weeks and requires 12-15 hours of work, which can be distributed flexibly over the duration of the course.
Participants have 12 months of access to the materials, giving them the freedom to learn at their own pace.
The course is accessible on mobile, tablet, and PC/Mac and is conducted in English.
Upon completing Projekt Akademi, participants earn 60 PDU points, which can be used to maintain their PMI/PMP certification if they already hold one.
We offer this program in collaboration with Cimple Technology AS, an Approved Training Partner (ATP). The program and its modules are accredited and certified by DNV and PMI.
