About PRINCE2 Foundation and Change Management Foundation
The PRINCE2® theory is based on experience from thousands of projects and contributions from countless project managers, project sponsors, trainers and project management consultants. Organizations using the methodology ensure that all project participants speak the same language, understand each other’s roles and responsibilities and use the same model to execute the project. Change Management is a structured approach that aims to get the organization and employees to accept the changes in their current situation. The change process the organization must go through is the change from the current situation to any desired situation in the future.
The PRINCE2® and Change Management Certification is an internationally recognized credential that you can use worldwide to document your project management and change management skills.
The PRINCE2® with Change Management course provides you with relevant theoretical knowledge and practical tools that are highly beneficial to you. This applies whether you work as a program manager, as a Business Change Manager in a program steering group or as a leader.

In principle, anyone can take a PRINCE2®, but most people have project management experience or an interest in project management.
The Change Management course is relevant for anyone working with change management. The course is aimed at managers and communication professionals who are engaged and involved in the planning, implementation and management of organizational change.

Course plan
The course is divided into two parts. The first three weeks are spent working with PRINCE2® Foundation. The period concludes with a Foundation certification held online at the end of the third week.
The second part of the course is about Change Management, which also ends with a certification at the end of the sixth week of the course.
The material used throughout the course is the PRINCE2® manual, the Change Management manual and e-learning.
PRINCE2® “Project Management with Sussess, and Change Management physical books will be sent to you upon registration.
Passing the exam results in the official PRINCE2® Foundation from PeopleCert, Change Management certification from APM Group.
Both courses are taught in Danish or English, but the official book and exam for the Change Management course are in English.
