Mentorix online courses for the unemployed are structured so that they give the student the necessary understanding and application of the content. Our courses are more than just memorization.

Unlike face-to-face courses, with digital learning you can watch lessons at your convenience. You can pause, rewind and replay lessons – as many times as you like.
Because our courses are online, you don’t have to spend time and money on transportation to go to a training center or buy food from outside. You can learn from home and keep costs down.
You decide when and where you want to take your classes – and when you want to take the exam. Book your exam with just 48 hours notice.
Even if you pass the course quickly, you may need or want to go back and watch parts or the entire course again after you get your new job. We offer you full access to all video material for a full 12 months.
You can choose to take the course in Danish or English.
In most cases, we teach directly in English – the same language you’ll be taking the exam in. This gives you a smooth transition from training to certification and ensures you know the terminology from day one.
One of the reasons our students have a high pass rate is that the course is taught in English. This means that you learn concepts, terms and examples in the language you will be tested in. This means you don’t have to translate in your head on exam day – you can concentrate on passing.

As a rule, you can get paid for job-oriented training once you have been unemployed for five weeks. The aim of the training is to improve your chances of getting a specific job. The training can also consist of an online course to improve your skills, which will put you in a good position to get the job of your dreams.
A list of the courses and training programmes you can choose from has been compiled. This list is called the “positive list”. The courses you can choose from are mainly in sectors where there are labour shortages.
Above you will find the positive list for each region, so you can easily get an overview of how to improve your chances of finding a job. At the Regional Labour Market Councils you can find the total list of all the training and courses you can apply for.
With us you can attend online courses with accredited training in PRINCE2®, Scrum® and Agile, all of which are on the positive list. It is also possible to take another online course that is not on the positive list – just contact your unemployment insurance fund or job centre, which can help you get started.

FAQ for citizens who need to take a course
You need to contact your job center and tell them which course you want to take. The job center will assess your eligibility and forward the registration to Mentorix. We are happy to help you fill out the application.
It is a publicly funded offer for the unemployed where you can take an approved course without paying for it yourself. The course must be on the official Positive List and strengthen your job opportunities.
You can always ask your job center or check your unemployment fund’s rules. As a general rule, the scheme applies to unemployment benefit recipients with at least 5 weeks of unemployment.
No, the course is 100% publicly funded. You just need approval from your job center before you start.
Yes, you can. All of them Mentorix-courses can be taken online and you can study whenever it suits you, as long as you meet the job center’s accessibility requirements.
This varies from municipality to municipality, but typically between 3 and 10 business days. It can be faster if all information is attached. Get in touch Contact your local municipality for a more precise answer.
You can’t officially launch until the approval is in place. You can often write a new cover letter that better explains why the course is relevant to you and your job search. We are happy to help you write a cover letter.
Yes, but you can choose your own provider. Mentorix is one of them, and we offer a wide range of courses that are on the Positive List and we continuously develop courses that match the demand in the labor market.
Yes, you will. You will receive an official, internationally recognized certificate that can be attached to your CV to document your new skills.
When you choose Mentorix course package for the unemployed, you get access to two or three courses, depending on which package you choose. It is important that you choose the one that fits your profile and job requirements. However, you can’t take another n course package after you have taken and passed a from Mentorix. However, it is possible to purchase more courses, or possibly sAsk your new employer for another one as part of your employment package.
All the courses you see on this page are on the Positive List, so it shouldn’t be a problem. The job centers also have access to the lists, so they can go in and see and confirm that Mentorix‘ courses are on Positive lists.
Courses in project management, digital marketing and IT certifications are among the most sought-after in the job market right now. It also depends on your profile and experience, but the above are strong bridges that have gotten people into jobs within a short time.
Unemployment funds follow the same rules, but you must apply through your unemployment fund if you do not have an active job center process.

Certificates and proof of participation are sent digitally to the citizen and can be forwarded to the job center as documentation. We also guide the citizen to post the document on LinkedIn as proof of their new knowledge.
Yes, you can. When you have registered a student for a course, we will contact the student and confirm that they have chosen the best course for us. You can easily send a purchase agreement to us, after which you will receive a confirmation of the purchase via secure email.

Basically, no. The learner can only start when formal approval is given . Generally, we start new students every Monday, but can also give a student earlier access if all registration is completed early in the week so they don’t have to come in early.tea until the following week to get started
The job center receives invoice directly from Mentorix mwith reference to the student and EAN number. Payment is made according to current guidelines.
